Our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to assist with any questions you may have. Our team of hospitality professionals are available by phone Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am to 1pm EST.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Front desk can be reached at 1-863-354-6360.
• ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO 12% TAX.
• A Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $10.00 per day plus tax applies to all bookings. Fee covers the following: 24 Hour Check-In, Secured Resort Access, Parking, Local Phone Calls, Health Club (Fitness Center), Children's Playground and Swimming Pavilion along with Pool Towels, Regularly Scheduled Activities, and Sand Volleyball Court. All bookings made through espanol.regalpalms.com will also receive a Starter Pack including an initial supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, trash bags, manual dish soap, automatic dish soap, & new disposable dish cloth.
• THERE IS A ONE-TIME DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE FOR ALL RESERVATIONS. THE FEE IS USD 65.00 PLUS 12% TAX FOR TOWN HOMES AND USD 79.00 PLUS 12% TAX FOR PRIVATE POOL HOMES. THIS FEE WILL BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
• Rates are based by unit type, not per person.
• If you have already booked and find a lower promotional rate is available, you can cancel your current stay and re-book under the promotional rate. (cancellation fees will apply)
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
• No one under 21 admitted unless accompanied by an adult.
• Major credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals, as well as for final payment. Each unit will require a USD 250.00 credit card authorization.
• Debit cards may be used upon check-in for incidentals, as well as for final payment.
• Please be advised that authorizations on debit cards will be released 7-14 days after departure. This is in addition to the issuing financial institution's policy regarding release times on debit card holds. Please note that only MasterCard and Visa debit cards are accepted.
• Please be advised that exact unit locations and layouts cannot be guaranteed.
• Please note that your credit card charge will appear as Travel Group Marketing.

SELF-CATERING INFORMATION

• TOWN HOMES AND PRIVATE POOL HOMES ARE SELF-CATERING. Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen including cookware and dining utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Bath, hand towels and bed linens are provided. We do not offer any cleaning supplies for the home, but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, iron and ironing board in each unit. First supply of toilet paper and a set of garbage bags are also provided.
• Some helpful items to bring are as follows:
• Paper towels, napkins, additional toilet paper and garbage bags Dishwashing and laundry detergent
• Washcloths
• Coffee and coffee filters
• Hand and body soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush and mouthwash
• Other personal incidentals
• For your grocery needs, there is a Publix Super Market conveniently neighboring the resort.

MAID SERVICE

• Daily maid service is not provided.
• Homes are self-maintained and will be professionally cleaned upon departure.
• THERE IS A ONE-TIME DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE FOR ALL RESERVATIONS. THE FEE IS USD 65.00 PLUS 12% TAX FOR TOWN HOMES AND USD 79.00 PLUS 12% TAX FOR PRIVATE POOL HOMES. THIS FEE WILL BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

CHECK-IN / OUT

• Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
• Due to the unique accommodations at our resort, both Town Homes and Private Pool Homes are available for check-in only after 4:00 p.m.
• Early check-in can only be guaranteed by booking the previous evening.
• Please note that there are no refunds provided for early departures.
• There is a late check-out fee of up to USD 300.00 plus 12% tax if arrangements are not made in advance with the front desk. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

PET POLICY

• Household pets (cats and dogs only) 30 pounds or less are allowed in Private Pool Homes under management’s discretion. Pets are not permitted in Town Homes. There is a pet charge of USD 200.00 upon check-in that is used to pay for professional carpet cleaning and sanitizing of the home, which is required by law. In addition, USD 300.00 will be authorized on the credit card in the event that the pet may damage the home, or any of its contents.

INTERNET & BUSINESS NEEDS

• Wireless internet service is USD 15.00 per hour and is located in our business center. Guests will receive an access code that is valid for 60 non-consecutive minutes.
• A Wi-Fi hotspot is available at the Clubhouse for no charge provided that laptops are equipped with the required devices.

POOL HEAT FOR POOL HOME GUESTS

• Pool heat can be requested at the time of booking, or upon check-in for Private Pool Homes. There is a four day minimum when requesting this service. The charge is USD 25.00 per day (minimum USD 100.00) for electric heat and USD 40.00 per day (minimum USD 160.00) for gas heat. Please note that it takes 24 hours to heat the pool with electric heat and 6 hours with gas heat. Homes with electric pool heat will be heated one day prior to arrival when requested in advance. Not all homes have gas pool heaters.
